Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional Therapy is aimed at helping your body to heal
itself, by restoring natural function. Typical symptoms of
functional imbalance may be:
- IBS
- Digestive problems
- Allergies
- Food intolerance
- Weight gain
- Infertility
- PMS
- PCOS
- Fatigue
- Anxiety
- Insomnia
- Asthma
- Eczema
- Joint pain
- And many more….
Beatrice offers Nutritional Therapy as a means of helping
you to achieve your own health goals through nutrition and
lifestyle management. It can be used alongside other complementary
therapies, and can also support ongoing mainstream medical
treatment.
What happens next?
Once you have decided to proceed with a course of nutritional
therapy, you will receive a health questionnaire to complete
before the first consultation.
The first consultation may last from 1 to 1½ hours,
with a ½ hour follow-up after 4 to 6 weeks to monitor
progress and re-focus the nutritional plan if necessary. Further
follow-up meetings are arranged as required.
The cost of the first consultation includes two emails or
telephone calls for support until the first follow-up meeting.
Laboratory Tests may be recommended to better focus use of
supplements, and to offer the most effective nutritional strategy.
